Recently went here to check out a used car and take it on a test drive. From first point of contact to the whole process the team at Jaffarian Toyota were friendly and responsive. I was able to test drive the vehicle the same afternoon I had reached out. Once at the dealership I worked with Dano for the vehicle I was interested in. He was friendly welcoming and answer all questions I had. He was well informed on the vehicle and answered all the questions with no issues. Took the vehicle out for a ride and loved it. Had an exceptional experience purchasing a new car with Joseph O’Dwyer. He was extremely personable and helpful. During the test drive, he took the time to show all of the features. He made the whole process very easy and provided regular updates while I waited for the car to come in. When the car arrived at the dealership, he helped to deliver it to me in NH. He also waited at the town hall while I registered the car to assist with putting on the new plates after. He also delivered new floor mats to me as well! Wonderful service all around!
